Sealing a telephone booth with a wall of concrete blocks to inscribe it in a sustainable way in the urban landscape. Conserving the trace of the disappearance of the object and its function by confiscating the space it occupies instead of freeing it. Sedimentation or absurd patrimonialization which hoards the microarchitecture and forbids its access, or trivial “ballast” destined to guard it from its removal.
Wall brought down by an anonymous a week and a half after its construction. Telephone booth removed by France télécom two months afterwards.
