photographic series
caravan DIGUE 300CL, 1981 model.
digital prints 30x45cm glued to the wall in strips
-----------
This photographic series is an imperfect chronology, way of partial development. A caravan, ambiguous symbol of the road trip, the social emancipation as consumerist holidays, is deployed and crumbles under the action of its owner armed with a construction cylinder. The vehicle already corrupt sees its binnacle distort. Every hit of the cylinder creates new spaces and prescribes new inhabiting conditions, swollen, cracked, which successively open and close the horizon. The object, upturned, soon transforms into a sedimentary cluster, to end up in a plane.
